We want all Western Coventry children and parents to feel like part of our school community!  Below are the main events & activities we sponsor. If you are interested in volunteering please click on the coordinating links for each event or contact one of the executive board members listed on the contact page.  Thank you for all of your help!  

Talent Show Bake Sale April 6th

 Western Coventry students showcase their talents!  If you haven't been this is a great show!!  Last year students participated in group acts, solos and fun skits.  If you are interested, they will help you shine!! During this school event the PTO hosts a bake sale to help cover operating costs for the show! All items should be individually wrapped and will cost .50 per item.  Please visit the Things We Need/Volunteer Opportunities doc to volunteer to donate an item.

Shopping Extravaganza & Food Trucks

Western Coventry Community Organization is hosting a fun filled day. Enjoy food trucks, crafters, vendors, informative non profit partners and raffles!

Teachers Appreciation Week May 6th - 10th 2019

We go all out to honor our hard working teachers. Each year we try to do fun new things to make sure our teachers know that we appreciate their extra efforts with the kids! This years plan is coming together. Please contact Jess at j.deboer04@yahoo.com if you would like to volunteer.



Masquerade Ball

Join us for an evening of dinner and dancing. Dinner will include salad, rolls & dessert. Adults will be served chicken parmigiana and penne marinara. Kids will be served chicken tenders, fries and glazed carrots. Cash bar for non-alcoholic beverages. Entertainment provided by JAS Sound Entertainment. Professional photography available. Wearing a mask is encouraged for all guest.

Stuffed Animal PJ Party

Join us for a stuffed animal making party. Wear your PJS! Choose and stuff your own cuddly friend for just $12. Add PJ's or outfits for just $8 each set.

We will have cocoa & cookies while Mrs. Anzalone reads a story to the students.

Paint Night

Join Wcco for paint night. There will be cheese, crackers and fruit as refreshments. 2 sessions limited to 40 painters each. $6/painter. No drop offs. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Chaperones are encouraged to participate but, it’s not required. 


Volunteers to set up, clean up and bake are needed. Please contact Sarah.


Candy Bar B.I.N.G.O

Join us for a night of B.I.N.G.O. Win and you get to pick a full size candy bar from an assortment. Have allergies? No problem, just indicate during registration.

Harvest Fest & Trunk-or-Treat


Join us for a fun night full of glow in the dark mini golf, trunk-or-treat, games, yummy treats and a whole lot of fun. 

Santa Sale & Holiday Happenings 

Students can shop for family, friends, teachers and pets with the help of our Elves, who will guide them through Santa's Workshop.  Gift prices range for .50 - $5.00.  All gifts will be sent home wrapped and tagged to keep it a secret.  Only Western Coventry School students are allowed to shop the Santa Sale.  With the exception of volunteer elves.

While the WCE student is shopping, all family, siblings and friends are invited to our Holiday Happenings in the gym.  Pictures with Santa ($5.00 each), games, an elf scavenger hunt, bake sale and raffles ($10/sheet of 25).
